Terms and Conditions

1. Operating Hours 

The Minicorn Club operates every Sunday from 12pm - 5pm. Note that 12pm - 1pm is lunch hour. 

Session 1: 1pm - 3pm 
Session 2: 3pm - 5pm 

 

2. Registration 

Parents or guardians must complete the registration form and provide accurate information about the child. 

3. Age Requirement 

The Minicorn Club is open to children aged 3 - 8 years old 

4. Mandatory Attire

All children must wear socks while inside The Minicorn Club premises. No exceptions will be made. 

 

5. Liability 

Tipsy Unicorn is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur within The Minicorn Club. Parents and guardians acknowledge and accept this upon registration. While staff will supervise activities, the child's safety and well-being should be well managed and mitigated by parents in the vicinity at all times. 

6. Health and Safety 

Children showing signs of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, or rashes, will not be allowed entry. 

Parents must provide emergency contact information and notify staff of any allergies or medical conditions their child has.

7. Minimum Spend 
|A minimum spend of $50++ for walk-ins (on tables with no minimum spend) is required.
